Step 1: Enter data and press calculate to get averages
Step 2: If numbers are below stable take note of which videos to watch
Step 3: Enter averages or desired averages into “my game plan” section to calculate game plan.  Can calculate game by demos or CPO
Step 4: Type in current sales to calculate income earned. 
Note: An “Appt” means it is in the schedule.  A “Demo” means it was completed.  We measure the difference to calculate Firming Up %.

    My fast start didn’t go as well as I had hoped for although I was able to get 2 sales. I knew from the beginning that I was going to have a hard time getting appointments with HM3s. However, I have gotten recommendations, which should help me as I continue with the company. I’m doing my best to stay positive, so hopefully that translates into improvement and success.

      Yeah no worries, mine didn't go that well either.I made a few sales, just keep your head up and it will eventually work out!

    My first demo was amazing my grandma fell in love with cutco and she was amazed of the outcome and she want to buy stainless flatware now .I am happy

    First demo went great!! Sold a Homemaker +8 and in my first 5 demos i sold a Cutco product to every person i saw! I hope my recs keep building, sales are a great feeling!
